As a Touch Sensor Electrical Design u0026 Integration Engineer you will own the design and implementation of touch sensors build models to understand key tradeoffs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sensor module solutions.
Design of sensor modules including electro-magnetic modeling and circuit modelingnSupport of End-to-End system definition and development (sensor signal processing ASIC performance algorithm development) nScoping of new sensor technologies and support of proof-of-concept investigationsnCollaboration with several different technology teams to evaluate system design options and trade-offsnReview and define algorithms for signal and noise conditioning requirementsnOptimization of designs across multidisciplinary boundaries (Mechanical materials process algorithms calibration testing reliability factory operations)nPerforming failure-mode analysis and root-cause analysis using system-level problem solving and statistical data analysisnSupport of new product definition through engineering analysis market surveys and competitive analysisnBusiness travel to support product development
Strong analog/mixed-signal/electro-magnetic fundamentalsnProficiency in FEA (Comsol ANSYS Maxwell) MATLAB Python SPICE or similar simulation and modeling toolsnBS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience
Hands-on experience with system-level designnExcellent written and verbal communication skillsnSolid teamwork and leadership skillsnPh.D or Masters degree in electrical engineering (or related field)
