Shift: 3rd Shift M-F 2:00 Am to 10:30 Am 

Base Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Troubleshoot diagnose repair and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to established schedules.
  • Troubleshoot electrical mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and control-system issues.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics mechanical drawings equipment manuals and technical documentation.
  • Use diagnostic tools and testing equipment to identify equipment failures.
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting including motors sensors switches relays and control circuits.
  • Repair and maintain conveyors motors pumps pneumatic systems hydraulic systems and other production equipment.
  • Assist with equipment installations modifications upgrades and start-ups.
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production maintenance calls.
  • Identify recurring equipment problems and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
  • Document maintenance activities repairs parts used and equipment conditions in the maintenance system.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of maintenance parts tools and supplies.
  • Follow all company safety policies OSHA requirements lockout/tagout procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized maintenance work area.
  • Communicate equipment issues and maintenance needs effectively with Production Engineering Safety and Management.
  • Assist with training and mentoring Maintenance Technician I employees and other personnel as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives designed to improve equipment reliability safety quality and productivity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

     

       


      Qualifications :

      Qualifications

      • High school diploma or GED required.
      • Technical certification vocational training or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance Electrical Mechanical Technology or a related field preferred.
      • Typically 35 years of industrial maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
      • Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
      • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
      • Experience with PLCs and industrial control systems preferred.
      • Basic computer skills and ability to use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
      • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance requests.
      • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

      Physical Requirements

      • Ability to stand walk bend kneel climb and work in various positions for extended periods.
      • Ability to lift and move materials tools and equipment as required.
      • Ability to work around manufacturing machinery noise dust and varying temperatures.
      • Ability to safely use hand tools power tools and maintenance equipment.
      • Must be able to wear required PPE.

      The US base pay range for this full-time position is $26.50 per hour to $28.50 per hour medical dental vision benefits starting day 1 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role level and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
