What Youll Do

The Human Resources Coordinator will assist in a variety of HR functional areas including:

• Benefits Administration
• Support employee benefit programs and enrollment processes
• Assist with benefits communication and employee inquiries
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire benefits orientation
• HRIS Administration
• Maintain and update employee information in HR systems
• Support data accuracy reporting and system administration activities
• Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
• Support training assignments tracking reporting and system updates
• Assist with employee learning and development coordination
• HR Operations & Employee Experience
• Coordinate HR programs activities and special events
• Support onboarding and new hire experiences
• Provide administrative and project support to senior leadership as needed
• Assist with maintaining HR documentation records and compliance activities

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable learning and utilizing technology and HR systems
Strong in computer skills including Microsoft Office and database/system navigation
Interested in benefits administration employee programs and event coordination
Professional collaborative and service-minded
Eager to learn contribute and grow within Human Resources

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration is required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
