Youll oversee all aspects of our housekeeping operations focusing on:

• Leading Your Team: Recruit train and develop housekeeping and laundry staff fostering a positive and high-performing environment.
• Ensuring Impeccable Standards: Maintain high cleanliness standards across all guest rooms and public areas.
• Operational Efficiency: Manage budgets optimize staffing control inventory and ensure compliance with all safety and company standards.
• Guest Satisfaction: Promptly address guest concerns and implement programs to enhance their experience.

• 3 years of housekeeping experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (preferred).
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to perform job requirements.
