Qualifications:
- Must hold a Commercial Drivers License with school bus passenger and air
brake endorsements. - A minimum of five years experience as a school bus driver with a minimum
three years experience as a school bus driver trainer preferred. - Must hold current certification from the Virginia Department of Education as a
school bus driver trainer. - Must hold or obtain within ninety (90) days of employment third party tester
certification from the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles for school bus
passenger and air brakes. - Must meet all requirements to drive a school bus for Frederick County Public
Schools.
Pay Rate:
C6C Salary Scale(credit is based on years of full-time experience in a related position)
Assignment:
Full time /12 months /245 days
Start Date:
This position iseffective with the2026-2027 school year
