We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Essential Responsibilities:
Supervises and manages total golf operations in a professional and efficient manner
Provides excellent customer service professional advice and assistance to all patrons
Controls and manages play; ensures guest check-in and fee collection
Manages the tee sheet
Provides golf instruction and clinics that are consistent with instructional methods policies and procedures
Assists in the purchasing receipt display inventory control promotion and sales of merchandise
Conducts oneself in a professional manner consistent with PGA standards
Remains informed on and promotes all club activities and services
Benefits & Other Compensation:
This position includes eligibility for the following benefits subject to applicable plan terms:
Healthcare Benefits Medical Dental and Vision coverage
Retirement Benefits 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)
Time Off Paid time off (PTO) and leaves of absence in accordance with applicable law and eligibility criteria
Additional Compensation Eligibility for Commissions
