Executive Finance Assistant

Monarch Ford is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Finance Assistant to support our Sales Department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic automotive environment contributing to the efficient management of vehicle sales operations and assisting senior management with various clerical tasks.

• Assist the sales team with data entry record keeping and deal signing
• Coordinate with management and customers to ensure timely payments and accurate financial documentation
• Maintain and update financial databases and filing systems
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Perform general administrative duties as needed to support the sales team

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree in finance accounting or related field preferred but not required
• Previous experience in finance accounting or administrative support roles preferred
• Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

• Competitive hourly wage of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour paid semi-monthly
