What You Bring to the Table

• A college degree or equivalent hands-on experience
• 3 to 5 years supporting senior leaders or working in a fast-paced coordination role
• Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
• Comfort operating in environments where direction can shift quickly
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across teams
• Experience managing logistics including travel planning and scheduling across time zones
• A high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive matters
• A self-starter mindsetyou dont wait to be told what to do
• Proficiency with common workplace tools (Microsoft Office collaboration platforms etc.)
• Nice to have: exposure to operations project coordination or startup environments
