Position Overview

HireFrontier is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships identifying business opportunities and helping companies solve hiring challenges through strategic staffing solutions.

The successful candidate will actively prospect new clients conduct sales presentations negotiate service agreements and establish lasting partnerships with employers across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling email outreach networking referrals social selling and in-person meetings.

  • Identify hiring needs and consult with prospective clients to recommend customized staffing and recruitment solutions.

  • Schedule and conduct client meetings presentations and discovery calls.

  • Prepare competitive staffing proposals pricing agreements and service contracts.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution.

  • Maintain accurate customer records sales activities and pipeline updates within the companys CRM system.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales objectives.

  • Collaborate with recruiters and account management teams to ensure successful candidate placement and client satisfaction.

  • Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

What Were Looking For

  • 0-1 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales customer service recruiting staffing account management or business development experience preferred.

  • Strong communication relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

  • Confidence in prospecting negotiating and closing new business.

  • Self-motivated with a competitive goal-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

  • Valid drivers license reliable transportation and the ability to travel within an assigned sales territory as needed.
