Job Summary
Sunrift is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to support its retail and administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering updating reviewing and maintaining customer product order and inventory information. This remote position requires excellent attention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter customer product order and inventory information into company systems.
- Review and verify records for accuracy completeness and consistency.
- Update spreadsheets databases and internal tracking systems.
- Process information from invoices order forms receipts and other business documents.
- Identify and correct missing duplicate or inaccurate information.
- Maintain organized electronic records and files.
- Assist with inventory and product information updates.
- Process order-related information and ensure records remain current.
- Prepare basic reports and information summaries for internal teams.
- Coordinate with sales customer service inventory and fulfillment teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and company information.
- Complete assigned administrative tasks accurately and within established deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members while working remote.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in data entry administrative support order processing or retail operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good typing and computer skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace spreadsheets and database systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with retail inventory or order-management systems is a plus.
