Getting your CDL-A and then getting stuck without real miles is the most common complaint we hear from new drivers. We built our Dothan-area regional program to fix exactly that: a truck assigned to you from day one freight that actually moves and a training path that doesnt leave you guessing.
Equipment
- 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner automatic APU equipped
- Assigned solely to you no slip seating
Freight
- No-touch dry van roughly 70% drop and hook
- Lanes east of I-35 2200 to 2800 miles most weeks
- 12 days out 2 days home
Pay
- Average $1300 to $1550 weekly top performers clear $1800
- $300 paid orientation hotel and transportation covered
Training
- Paid mentor program 4 to 6 weeks guaranteed pay throughout
- Full solo pay once training is complete

Requirements
- 21 or older valid Class A CDL current DOT Medical Card
- Clean driving record
- 6 months recent OTR experience or 120 hours from an accredited CDL program
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
