Entry Level CDL A Driver- Paid Training

Getting your CDL-A and then getting stuck without real miles is the most common complaint we hear from new drivers. We built our Dothan-area regional program to fix exactly that: a truck assigned to you from day one freight that actually moves and a training path that doesnt leave you guessing.

Equipment

• 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner automatic APU equipped
• Assigned solely to you no slip seating

Freight

• No-touch dry van roughly 70% drop and hook
• Lanes east of I-35 2200 to 2800 miles most weeks
• 12 days out 2 days home

Pay

• Average $1300 to $1550 weekly top performers clear $1800
• $300 paid orientation hotel and transportation covered

Training

• Paid mentor program 4 to 6 weeks guaranteed pay throughout
• Full solo pay once training is complete

Requirements

• 21 or older valid Class A CDL current DOT Medical Card
• Clean driving record
• 6 months recent OTR experience or 120 hours from an accredited CDL program
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
