Job Summary
- Plan coordinate and execute New Generation Projects to ensure scope schedule cost and quality commitments are met
- Partner with project engineers technical specialists and cross functional teams to support successful project delivery
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers building strong relationships and supporting high levels of customer satisfaction
- Track project performance risks and issues and communicate project status clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Support forecasting activities related to project sales inventory and resource utilization
- Apply established project execution processes while contributing ideas for continuous improvement
- Participate in lessons learned reviews and share best practices across the New Generation Projects team
- Stay informed on evolving market trends and emerging technologies to support effective project execution and future growth initiatives
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering Business or other technical discipline
- 3 years of relevant experience in Project Management Engineering or equivalent
- Working knowledge of project management fundamentals including scope schedule risk and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to organize work manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting
- Includes travel up to 25% in North America
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Experience supporting projects involving control systems software solutions or industrial automation
- Exposure to project execution activities including design coordination field service commissioning or applications engineering
- Experience working directly with customers in a technical or project-based role
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
