Location: Richardson TX (This position is 100% onsite at our headquarters in Richardson TX requiring attendance in-office 5 days a week Monday-Friday)

You will work alongside our global team of Product Owners Business Solution Architects and Developers to collaborate on specifications based on stakeholder requirements validate the proposals and deliver the solutions.

Design and Development

• Hands-on coding to deliver user stories optimize and refactor code to improve performance

• End to endsolutionswithinSAPCommerce (Hybris)platform andSAP CPQintegrating with SAP ECCCRM Systems (Salesforce or similar)and other external web services.

• Lead technical code reviewto ensure standards and requirements are met

• Create andmaintaintechnical documentation including design specifications integration guides and API documentation.

• Createcustom skills to automate repetitive tasks and document tomaintainand share context with the rest of the team and improve governance using Claude AI or similar

• Troubleshoot complex production issues (memory leaks thread dumps) andoptimizebackend services.

• Participate in enterprise level technical design review.

Release Management

• Take ownership of release cyclesincluding running scrum ceremonies

• Documenting and getting the change approvedto implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications.

• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and oversee automated testing frameworks.

Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technicalteamstotranslate businessobjectivesinto an executable plan.

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver intuitive and efficient user experiences

• Guide and mentor a team of backend developers in Java/Spring best practice code quality and Hybris-specific development standards.

Vision-Stay current with emerging technologies andidentifyopportunities to integrate them into our digital ecosystem.

• 8 years of relevant experience and a bachelors degree
• A minimum of 5 years of hand on development experience within SAP Commerce cloud (Hybris) platform at least 2 years within that uses SAP CPQ (Configure Price Quote) module preferred.
• Strong functional understanding of B2B Sales processes and concepts exposure to Configure to Order Engineer to Order process.
• Hands on technical skills with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and SAP CPQ that will be utilized to define technical architecture.
• Solid understanding of Headless Architecture using Spartacus (SAP Composable Storefront) or ReactJS based front end and OCC (Omni Commerce Connect) APIs
• Deep proficiency in Java (J2EE) and the Spring Framework (Spring Core MVC Security Integration).
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Working experience in a highly agile environment and ability to multitask
• Strong experience in Solutioning for complex projects and background in mid to large-scale B2B SAP Commerce implementations
• The ability to analyze complex problems identify patterns and develop innovative solutions

Required Skills /Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience and a bachelors degree
  • A minimum of 5 years ofhand ondevelopmentexperience withinSAPCommerce cloud (Hybris) platform at least 2 years within that usesSAPCPQ (Configure Price Quote) module preferred.

Nice to Have

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $113000 - $148050annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Companys applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
