Director, Technical Program Management Tech Prioritization

The Director Technical Program Management leads the planning and execution of complex large-scale technical programs ensuring alignment across multiple teams and business areas. What youll do...

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale technical programs managing cross-functional dependencies and resource alignment to meet delivery goals.
• Define and drive end-to-end system solution designs ensuring scalability reliability and alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks resolve ambiguities and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and outcomes.
• Mentor and guide team members on best practices in program management technical design and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in align priorities and communicate program status through data-driven insights.
• Promote automation and tooling to increase engineering velocity and reduce operational overhead.

The annual salary range for this position is $130000.00 - $260000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
