DevSecOps Engineer

POSITION

DevSecOps Engineer (Azure / Kubernetes / .NET)

Start date & Location

5 days onsite Houston. Relo is fine if we cant find currently in Houston but day 1 relo is required (MUST BE IN TEXAS)

REQUIRED SKILLS

Required Qualifications

• • 5 years of experience in DevOps / DevSecOps / Cloud Engineering
  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines Repos Artifacts)
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS preferred) and containerization (Docker)
  • Proficiency in C# (Core / .NET 6)
  • Experience implementing secure CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of application security practices (OWASP Top 10 threat modeling vulnerability scanning)
  • Experience with IaC tools (Terraform ARM Bicep or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with Git-based workflows and branching strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• • Experience with security tools (e.g. Snyk Checkmarx SonarQube Microsoft Defender for Cloud)
  • Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) in Azure (RBAC Managed Identities)
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Azure Monitor Prometheus Grafana)
  • Certifications such as:
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
    • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
    • Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS)
  • Experience in microservices architecture and API security

Technical Skills

• • Cloud: Microsoft Azure

  • CI/CD: Azure Pipelines YAML pipelines
  • Languages: C# .NET Core
  • IaC: Terraform Bicep ARM templates
  • Security: SAST/DAST tools secrets management container security
