About This Role
As a Data Center Operations Engineeryoullplay a hands-on role inmaintainingthe critical infrastructure that powers our customers operations. Working alongside experienced engineers and techniciansyoullhelp ensure the reliability efficiency and uptime of electrical mechanical and environmental systems across our data center campus.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical electrical controls facilities or similar technical experience who enjoys preventative maintenance troubleshooting and working in a fast-paced mission-critical environment.Youllgain exposure to industry-leading infrastructure while building a long-term career with an organization known for promoting from within.
Your Contribution Will Likely Include
- Perform routine inspections preventative maintenance and equipment cleaning to maximize system reliability and performance.
- Monitor environmental conditions power systems and facility performance using building monitoring systems.
- Respond to alarms and operational events investigate issues and escalate concerns whenappropriate.
- Partnerwith senior engineers to troubleshoot equipment support repairs and document findings and resolutions.
- Assistwith inventory management including tracking replacement parts andmaintainingequipment records.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors during maintenance repairs and equipment installations.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity efforts to helpmaintainuninterrupted operations.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents as needed.
- Document incidentsidentifyroot causes and contribute to continuous operational improvements.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools and automation platforms to streamline administrative work documentation meeting notes and other routine tasks.

Experience You Will Bring
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in mechanical electrical controls facilities maintenance or another related technical field.
- Technical certifications or coursework related to data center operations preferred.
- Strong interest in learning critical facility systems and mission-critical infrastructure.
- Proficiencywith Microsoft Office including Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint and Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teammates across the organization.
- Ability tolift upto 50 pounds and safelyoperatehand and power tools.
- Flexibility toworkvarying shifts weekends overtime andparticipatein an on-call rotation.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning including the adoption of AI tools and emerging technologies.

Compensation
Theanticipatedannual base salary range for this position is$62685 - $94027.
This is an hourly non-exempt position and is eligible for a target discretionary bonus.
