Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Hybrid Phoenix AZ (Local Candidates Preferred)
Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire
W2 Contract
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to support enterprise data initiatives and collaborate with both technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:-
Analyze and validate large datasets with a high level of accuracy

Identify investigate and resolve data quality issues

Perform bi-directional data mapping and data transformation analysis

Create detailed and structured mapping documentation for database engineering teams

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and clarify requirements

Ensure consistency standardization and integrity across data sources

Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to data analysis

Experience resolving data quality and standardization issues

Solid understanding of bi-directional data mapping concepts

Knowledge of data transformation processes and methodologies

Ability to create clear technical documentation and mapping specifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
