This is a remote position.
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers. This position offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse client base resolve inquiries efficiently and contribute to a positive customer experience that drives loyalty and satisfaction. As a key point of contact you will help ensure our customers feel valued and heard making a meaningful impact on our brands reputation and success. Key Objectives Provide timely accurate and professional assistance to customers via multiple communication channels. Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency ensuring a positive outcome. Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate concerns when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Responsibilities Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries by phone email or chat. Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives. Document all interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products services and company policies. Assist in processing orders forms applications and requests. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer trends and recurring issues.
Requirements
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred. Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
