As aPatient Access Representativeyou willbe thefirst point of contact for patients ensuring they receivefast compassionate andaccurateaccess to care.

WhatYoullDo:

• Provideexceptional customer serviceand assist patients and families with the check-in processworking across multiple computer systems to register patients efficiently

• Answer phones and gather accuratepatient information quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Supporttimelyaccess to careby minimizing delays in registrationand answer questions with confidence clarity and compassion

• Build trust with patients during moments when they may be ill anxious confused or overwhelmed

• Navigate diverse insurance plans and coverage details enter demographics and medical data collectco-paysand provide cost estimates when applicable

• Collaboratewith nurses physicians and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow

• Experience withpatient access medical registration insurance verification or front deskis a plus (but not required)

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to pass background check drug test and meet vaccination requirements
