Job Summary

Able to handle running small to medium sized projects and troubleshooting service calls for customers throughout the Houston Metroplex. Company truck provided. Normal Hours are 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri with Paid Holidays Health insurance (including Vision and Dental) available after probationary period is completed.

  • Install repair and maintain electrical systems 480/277V and 120/208V in accordance with National Electric Code
  • Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation
  • Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage malfunctions and safety hazards
  • Installation and Troubleshooting Expertise
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Stock Vehicle Needs
  • Coordinate Materials Needed
  • Perform Contract and Time & Material Work Order Requests
  • Communicate Job Progress with Dispatch Department
  • Documentation of Time Material Scope and Follow-up


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Journeyman License
  • Electrical License
  • Electrical experience
  • High school diploma or GED

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Service Electrical: 2 years (Required)

Required Skills:

Minimum 7 years of commercial electrical experience. Previous experience as a Superintendent General Foreman or Senior Foreman overseeing multiple projects. Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems construction methods and industry best practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints specifications and project schedules. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience with manpower planning material procurement and project coordination. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate crews and hold team members accountable. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Valid Texas drivers license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with smartphones tablets email and basic construction management software.
