Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator / Warehouse Associate
Location: Commerce City CO 80022
Hours: Monday Thursday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Interview Type: On-Site (30 Minutes)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations inventory management forklift operation and Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) equipment. This role involves receiving storing picking packing shipping and maintaining inventory while ensuring safety quality and productivity standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
• Inventory management experience required
• Forklift experience required
• Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) experience required
• Ability to lift move and handle materials safely
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Receive inspect sort label package and store incoming materials
• Pick pack and ship products accurately according to customer requirements
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control activities
• Optimize warehouse storage space and material flow
• Support inbound outbound kitting and other warehouse functions

Quality & Safety

• Perform quality inspections and identify damaged or non-conforming materials
• Follow all warehouse safety policies procedures and HSE requirements
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Report hazards incidents and safety concerns promptly
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment

Team Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with warehouse team members and management
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support equipment maintenance and report repair needs
• Assist with additional duties as assigned to support business operations
