Corporate Controller

Milacron is looking for a Global Controller to join our team in Batavia Ohio (Greater Cincinnati). In this position you will be responsible for leading the global controllership function ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and partnering with leadership to translate financial insights into operational and strategic business Youll Do:Act as a strategic business partner to the CFO and Operating Leadership Team leveraging financial data to drive performance and financial results into actionable insights including margin trends pricing realization cost discipline and working capital global monthly quarterly and annual close processes ensuring accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in accordance with US global consolidations across regions including intercompany eliminations foreign currency translation and purchase executive-level reporting packages for senior leadership sponsors and lenders; clearly communicate performance drivers and as the companys technical accounting expert on complex matters such as ASC 606 ASC 842 business combinations and impairment and manage the external audit relationship ensuring clean and timely audits and resolution of audit and enhance a robust internal control environment aligned with SOX-equivalent and develop the global controllership organization including regional and plant controllers and shared services continuous improvement initiatives across accounting processes systems and close cycle with IT and Finance Systems to improve ERP and consolidation platforms through automation and cross-functionally with FP&A Tax Treasury Commercial Finance and Operations Finance to maintain a unified financial strategic initiatives including M&A capital allocation and sponsor reporting :Must have:15 years of progressive accounting and controllership experience including global manufacturing degree in Accounting Finance or a related CPA expertise in US GAAP with experience in multinational multi-entity success leading global close consolidations and external audit leadership experience managing high-performing accounting teams across multiple designing and operating a strong internal control environment (SOX or SOX-equivalent).Strong ability to partner with business leaders to drive measurable performance communication skills with the ability to present complex financial topics to non-financial to have:MBA or Masters in Accounting (MAcc).Big Four (or equivalent) public accounting in a private equity-backed or sponsor-owned Global Controller or Controller experience in a similarly complex supporting M&A activity including diligence and with ERP and financial system transformation initiatives.#LI-AP1 #LI-ONSITE
