Construction Manager

*Must be located in the Newton County TX are*

As a Construction Manager youll be at the heart of our projects planning organizing directing and controlling construction and inspection tasks. Your goal will be to ensure everything meets our clients standards for cost quality material usage and safety. Youll also be the key link between the client field personnel and contractors.

What Youll Do:

Youll oversee contractor crews on-site making sure they follow all project standards. Youll join project calls keep detailed reports and meet with clients for status updates. Daily communication with vendors and maintaining relationships with utility companies will be part of your routine. Youll also manage relationships with engineers and staff who design and sketch equipment installations and youll handle material orders for planned construction. Keeping the Project Manager or supervisor updated on construction progress will be crucial.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in related field OR 4 years of equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of Telecommunications or Fiber-Optic technical construction experience.
• Ability to manage and conduct project status / planning meetings
