Salary: $25.23-25.80 per hour / $ annually commensurate to experience

Were looking for Customer Service Representatives for our Katy TX office. This role is for people who want to provide our policyholders the excellent customer service they want and need. Youll be the first contact for our customers: answering billing questions making policy changes and providing recommendations. Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 12 months customer facing service experience
- Associates Degree preferred
- Experience providing outstanding customer service
- Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced high-volume call center environment
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred
- 2 or more years of customer facing service experience
- An active P&C license
- Commercial Insurance Service experience
- Associates Degree
