Clinician

The ideal candidate will have experience providing clinical services to diverse populations and possess strong assessment counseling and treatment planning skills. Clinicians play a critical role in helping individuals and families identify strengths overcome barriers and achieve their treatment goals.

Alcohol and Drug Counselors (ADCs) are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Masters Degree in Counseling Social Work Psychology Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field required.
• Experience providing therapeutic services to children adolescents adults and/or families required.
• Experience conducting assessments developing treatment plans and providing counseling services preferred.
• Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health behavioral health substance use or co-occurring disorders is preferred.
• Alcohol and Drug Counseling experience and/or certification is a plus but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and trauma-informed care principles preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system/database is a plus.
• Reliable transportation valid drivers license and current auto insurance is required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
