Money

• $1400 to $1800/week average once solo OTR pay package
• $1000/week guaranteed for your first 3 months post-solo
• Performance bonus on top
• $75 plus mileage for short hauls $15 stop pay

Freight

• Mixed lanes and customers
• Live load live unload preload and drop and hook
• Steady weekly mileage

Training Path

• Guaranteed weekly pay while training no exceptions
• Mentor rides with you one-on-one
• Straight to solo pay once trainings done
• 120 hours from an accredited CDL school to start

Schedule

• Home every two weeks
• Day and night dispatch
• Weekends worked holidays are volunteer only

Who Qualifies

• Brand new CDL-A holders or 6 months verified solo time
• Teams and owner operators welcome
• Valid Class A CDL current DOT medical card 21
• Clean MVR and background check
• Hair and urine drug screen
