Job Summary
Looking for a driving job that starts you off right This full-time position runs no-touch dry van freight on regional lanes east of I-35 out of the Opelika area built specifically for new CDL-A holders who want real training not busywork. Expect 2200 to 2800 miles most weeks on a 12 days out 2 days home rotation.
Equipment & Freight
Youre assigned a 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner automatic APU equipped yours alone no slip seating. About 70% of loads are drop-and-hook keeping the miles steady.
Compensation & Pay
Weekly average runs $1300 to $1550 with top performers pushing past $1800. Orientation pays $300 with hotel and transportation covered. The paid mentor program runs 4 to 6 weeks with guaranteed pay throughout then you move straight into full solo pay.

Requirements
- 21 or older valid Class A CDL current DOT Medical Card
- Clean driving record
- 6 months recent OTR experience or 120 hours from an accredited CDL program
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
