Paid Mentoring & Career Acceleration

• Training Salary: Earn $850 per week while training alongside a dedicated OTR mentor.

• Entry Requirement: Open to CDL graduates with a minimum of 120 hours from an accredited school.

Pay & Long-Term Earning Potential

• Weekly Earnings: $1200 to $1800 average per week (earning potential grows with tenure).
• Bonuses & Extras: Additional performance bonuses plus $15 per stop.

Lanes & Dispatch

• Operating Territory: 27 states (everything east of Denver 100% excluding Northeast congestion).
• Weekly Miles: 1800 to 2200 miles.
• Freight Handling: Mix of drop-and-hook preloads and live load/unload.

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home every 2 weeks (flexible schedule options open for discussion).
• Shift Details: Day/night dispatches; weekend work expected flexible holiday scheduling.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class-A CDL and DOT Medical Card (Age 21).
• Open to trainees/new graduates as well as 6 month solo drivers teams and owner-operators.
• Clean MVR background check and mandatory hair urine drug testing.
