CDL-A Trainee Driver – Paid Mentorship Program

Just graduated CDL school in the Greater New Orleans area and having trouble getting hired We will put you in a truck.

We are currently hiring CDL-A trainees directly out of Arabi St. Bernard Parish and the Greater New Orleans area. Most carriers demand 12 years of experience before they even look at your application. We take a different approach: if you completed your training and hold a valid CDL-A our Paid Mentor Program will bridge the gap between school and a confident solo career.

THE TRAINING PROGRAM

EQUIPMENT & FREIGHT

• Assigned Equipment: 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner (automatic equipped with APU).
• No Slip-Seating: Once assigned the truck is yoursyou dont move your gear every week.
• 100% No-Touch Freight: Dry van loads approximately 70% drop-and-hook.
• 2200 to 2800 miles per week average across East of I-35 lanes.

SCHEDULE

• 12 Days Out / 2 Days Home: True OTR setup out of the Arabi/New Orleans area. Stable predictable home time rotations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Graduated from an accredited CDL school (120 hours) OR have under 6 months of recent OTR experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to pass a standard background check and pre-employment drug screen.
