Job Summary
Yuma Class A drivers: 11 western states home every two weeks and a paid seat for new grads.
Run the western states on a route that keeps you near home usually two days out at a time. New CDL-A holders train with a paid mentor first then go solo at full pay.
What youll earn

Your week
OTR lanes across the 11 western states a mix of drop-and-hook and live freight. Home every two weeks planned loads day and night dispatch.
New grad path
- 120 CDL-school hours qualifies you
- Paid mentor training before solo
- Full solo mileage pay when you finish
Your truck
Assigned late-model automatic or 10-speed about 1.5 years old 24/7 dispatch.

What you need
- Class A CDL in your home state 21 or older
- New grad (120 hours) or verifiable experience
- Acceptable driving record no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
- No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years; DOT physical and hair and urine screen
