CDL-A OTR Driver

Richmond-area Class A drivers: OTR lanes that stay east of the Mississippi home every two weeks and a paid start if youre new.

Finished CDL school and looking for your first real seat Youll train with a mentor first paid then move to full solo pay. The freight rarely crosses the Mississippi so you stay in familiar country and your miles hold steady.

Earnings

• $1200 to $1700 a week about $62400 to $88400 a year
• $0.55 a mile to start up $0.01 a year to $0.65
• 1900 to 2300 miles a week
• $15 per stop after the first
• Weekly direct deposit

The week

OTR lanes across the eastern states drop-and-hook and live freight in the mix. Out about two weeks then home for your reset. Planned loads day and night dispatch.

New grad path

• 120 school hours qualifies you
• Paid mentor training before solo
• Full solo rate when you finish

Your truck

Assigned take-home automatic or 10-speed about 1.5 years old 24/7 dispatch.

Requirements

• Class A CDL in your home state 21 or older
• New grad (120 hours) or verifiable experience
• Acceptable driving record no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years
• DOT physical hair and urine screen
