Most carriers want a year of experience. Here 120 hours of CDL school is enough to start. You train with a mentor then run everything east of Denver and stay out of the Northeast.

What you earn

• Paid every week during training
• $1000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo

Your week

OTR lanes east of Denver no Northeast. Drop and hook live loads live unloads and preloads. Out about two weeks then home. Dispatch answers 24/7.

New CDL Here is the path

• Call: we check your license and record with you first. No surprises later.
• Orientation: up to 2 days hotel covered bus fare reimbursed $300 once hired.
• Training: 4 to 6 weeks one-on-one with a mentor paid every week.
• Solo: your own assigned truck fleet average about 1.5 years old. For your first 3 months solo your pay will not drop below $1000 a week.

Nervous about your first driving job Fair.

• How often will I see home Every two weeks.
• Does my CDL school count If it was 120 hours or more yes.
• Do I pay for orientation No. Hotel covered bus ticket reimbursed and $300 once you are hired.
• I am not good at backing yet. Nobody is on day one. You practice for weeks with a mentor beside you before you drive alone.
• What if my first solo weeks are slow You still get at least $1000 a week for your first 3 months solo.

To qualify

You must be 21 or older with a Class A CDL. New drivers need at least 120 hours from a CDL school; otherwise 6 months of recent experience. We accept up to 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and no DUI/DWI in the last 10. You will also pass a DOT physical and a hair and urine drug test.

Once you pass 30 days
