CDL-A OTR Driver

Central Pennsylvania Class A drivers: eastern OTR lanes home every two weeks and a paid seat for drivers just starting out.

New CDL-A holders are welcome here and you wont be thrown in cold. You ride with an experienced mentor first paid then run solo at full mileage pay. Loads stay east so the miles are steady and the routes get familiar fast.

Pay

• $1000 to $1200 a week about $52000 to $62400 a year
• $0.55 a mile to start up $0.01 each year to $0.65
• About 2000 miles a week
• $15 a stop after the first
• Paid weekly direct deposit

Your week

OTR lanes through the eastern states a mix of drop-and-hook and live loads. Out roughly two weeks home for your reset. Planned freight day and night dispatch.

New driver steps

• 120 CDL-school hours qualifies you
• Paid one-on-one mentor training
• Full solo pay once you finish

Your truck

Assigned and take-home automatic or 10-speed about 1.5 years old 24/7 dispatch.

What you need

• Class A CDL in your home state 21 or older
• New grad (120 hours) or verifiable experience
• Acceptable driving record no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years
• DOT physical hair and urine screen
