CDL-A Dry Van Driver Entry Level Paid Mentor Training

Your first year sets up your whole career. Spend it with a fleet that pays $850 a week in training guarantees $1000 a week your first 3 months solo and brings you home every two weeks.

First Weeks

• 4 to 6 weeks of training with a mentor
• $850 per week
• Orientation is 2 days or less with $300 orientation pay

Running Solo

• $0.55 per mile to start plus a cent each year to $0.65
• Average weekly pay $1200 to $1500
• Around 2500 miles a week
• $15 stop pay and performance bonus

Lanes

• Up and down the eastern seaboard
• Loads dont go too far west
• Dry van drop and hook plus live loads

Requirements

• 21 or older valid Class A CDL 120 hours CDL school
• No experience needed. Experienced: 6 months OTR in 12 months or 12 months in 5 years
• Military considered with DD214
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years nothing serious in 12 months
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Hair and urine drug test 3 years verifiable employment
