Out of CDL school with no experience You start with a paid mentor then run regional lanes that keep you close to Houston.

The money

• $850 a week during training
• $1000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo
• $1100 to $1300 a week once solo
• 1700 to 2000 miles a week
• $15 stop pay
• Weekly direct deposit

Your week

Regional freight out of Houston different customers each week. Drop and hook and live loads. Home every two weeks often through the house.

From CDL school to your own truck

1. A recruiter calls you and reviews your CDL and driving record with you.
2. Orientation 2 days at most. Hotel paid one-way bus ticket reimbursed $300 for orientation once hired.
3. 4 to 6 weeks with a mentor: backing trip planning logs and fueling. You are paid $850 a week.
4. Your own assigned truck about 1.5 years old on average automatic or 10-speed. For your first 3 months solo your pay will not drop below $1000 a week.

What you need

• Class A CDL from your state of residence 21 or older
• New CDL grad with 120 school hours or 6 months of recent experience
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years
• DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen
