Money and miles

• Training pay: $800 a week
• $1000 guaranteed per week for your first 3 months solo
• $1200 to $1800 average per week
• $0.50 per mile starting band
• 1800 to 2400 miles weekly
• Home every two to three weeks
• Monthly performance bonus
• Paid every week by direct deposit

Day to day

Runs like OTR but inside a set zone so you are not sent everywhere.

Holidays can be requested off.

What the first weeks look like

1. A recruiter calls you and reviews your CDL and MVR together with you.
2. You attend orientation (2 days max). The hotel is paid your one-way bus ticket is reimbursed and you get $300 for orientation when hired.
3. You spend 4 to 6 weeks driving with a mentor learning to back plan trips keep logs and fuel. That earns you $800 a week.
4. You are assigned your own late-model truck (1.5 years old on average) 10-speed or automatic. For 3 months your weekly pay will not go under $1000.

Straight answers for new drivers

• How often will I see home You are home every two to three weeks.
• Will my pay drop when training ends No. You have a $1000 weekly guarantee for your first 3 months solo.
• What if I have a problem on the road You are not on your own. Trips are planned for you and your driver leader picks up the phone.
• Do I have to pay for orientation No. The hotel is covered your bus ticket is reimbursed and you are paid $300 once hired.

Once you pass 30 days

What you need

• 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
• New CDL-A holders welcome (at least 120 hours from a CDL school) or 6 months of recent experience
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years no DUI/DWI in the last 10 years
• Pass a DOT physical plus hair and urine drug test
