A dedicated account out of Olive Branch with steady freight and weekly home time. The work is hands-on and the pay reflects it. New CDL grads are trained.

What you earn

• Paid every week during training

• $0.50 a mile on all miles

Your week

Store deliveries across Mississippi and West Tennessee. Full hand unload at the stores. Day and night dispatch. Home once a week.

From CDL school to your own truck

1. A recruiter calls you and reviews your CDL and driving record with you.
2. Orientation 2 days at most. Hotel paid one-way bus ticket reimbursed $300 for orientation once hired.
3. 4 to 6 weeks with a mentor: backing trip planning logs and fueling. You are paid every week.
4. Your own assigned truck about 1.5 years old on average automatic or 10-speed.

What you need

• Class A CDL from your state of residence 21 or older
• New CDL grad with 120 school hours or 6 months of recent experience
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years
• DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen
