Job Summary
Springfield-area drivers: dedicated no-touch grocery freight home every week for your reset.
Consistent freight no unloading and a 34-hour reset at home every week. New CDL grads are trained and paid.
What you earn
- Paid $650 a week in training
- $1100 to $1200 a week
- $0.49 a mile to start $0.54 at 1 year $0.60 at 3 years
- 1600 to 1800 miles a week
- $10 first stop $15 each stop after
- Weekly direct deposit
Your week
Night shift dedicated grocery runs. Drop and hook and live unloads no touch. Six-day work week home weekly for your 34-hour reset.
From CDL school to your own truck
- A recruiter calls you and reviews your CDL and driving record with you.
- Orientation 2 days at most. Hotel paid one-way bus ticket reimbursed $300 for orientation once hired.
- 4 to 6 weeks with a mentor: backing trip planning logs and fueling. You are paid $650 a week.
- Your own assigned truck about 1.5 years old on average automatic or 10-speed.

To qualify
You must be 21 or older with a Class A CDL. New drivers need at least 120 hours from a CDL school; otherwise 6 months of recent experience. We accept up to 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and no DUI/DWI in the last 10. You will also pass a DOT physical and a hair and urine drug test.
Once you pass 30 days
