Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through calls emails networking LinkedIn outreach and referrals
- Build relationships with hiring managers HR leaders and company executives
- Present staffing and recruiting solutions to prospective clients
- Schedule meetings and sales presentations with decision-makers
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful candidate placements
- Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
- Track activity and sales progress through CRM systems
- Stay informed about hiring trends and local market opportunities
Qualifications
- Previous sales staffing recruiting or business development experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new accounts
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- Experience using LinkedIn CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus
