In-depth knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7 FHIR CCDs HIE USCDI-US Core etc.).

Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases PySpark and Python.

Experience with integration tools like Azure Data Factory Databricks Kafka IBM Datastage Informatica etc.

Job Description

A healthcare insurance client is hiring a Data Architect to design and implement scalable interoperability solutions aligned to CMS compliance standards. As the Data Architect your primary responsibility is developing and maintaining data models (logical physical and conceptual) that support healthcare-specific requirements (Clinical Claims Member Provider EHR etc.). Additional responsibilities include:

Design and implement scalable flexible and secure interoperability solutions aligned to USCDI-US Core compliant.

Optimize data storage solutions reducing latency and ensuring quick access to real-time and historical data.

Help to establish and enforce data governance frameworks ensuing data consistency quality and standardization across systems.

Collaborate with IT Professionals and business leaders to understand their data needs and ensure architecture supports organizational goals.

Evaluate and recommend data management technologies platforms frameworks and methodologies that optimize data collection and integration for healthcare applications.

Ensure data integrity quality security and compliance and other relevant healthcare regulations to protect sensitive patient information with HIPAA standards.
