Impact Youll Make

• Support consulting engagements involving commercial disputes investigations and Department of Justice (DOJ) matters working alongside senior consultants and testifying experts to deliver rigorous analytical insights.

• Perform financial analyses economic damages calculations and financial modeling in support of litigation and dispute engagements.

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends anomalies and insights relevant to investigations and damages assessments.

• Review and synthesize case documentation testimony court filings and other materials to identify relevant facts and analytical inputs.

• Assist in the preparation of expert reports presentations and visual exhibits used in litigation arbitration and dispute proceedings.

• Contribute to data-driven insights across industries with a particular focus on healthcare-related disputes and investigations.

What Youll Do

• Support engagement leaders and senior team members in executing project workplans analytical tasks and client deliverables.

• Perform financial modeling and quantitative analysis to support economic damages calculations and other litigation-related analyses.

• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract transform and analyze structured datasets used in case analyses and modeling.

• Conduct advanced analysis of large datasets including healthcare claims data financial records and transactional information.

• Assist in recreating and evaluating financial models and analyses presented by opposing experts.

• Prepare clear and compelling expert reports presentations and data visualizations that communicate analytical findings effectively.

• Organize and review case documentation and other supporting materials relevant to investigations and disputes.

• Conduct company industry and case-specific research including economic accounting technical and market analyses.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in accounting finance economics or a related discipline.

• 24 years of relevant professional experience in accounting finance economics litigation consulting forensic accounting fraud investigation healthcare analytics or public accounting.

• Experience performing complex data analyses using Structured Query Language (SQL) is required; familiarity with Python SAS Stata or R is a plus.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate financial statements accounting records tax returns and other financial documentation.

• CPA CFE or other relevant professional designation is preferred; candidates actively pursuing certification are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to work in fast-paced litigation environments with evolving analytical requirements and deadlines tied to court proceedings.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex analytical findings.

• Ability to support Department of Justice (DOJ) matters including obtaining the appropriate level of clearance if required.
