The Mission
Your objective is high-velocity conversion. Using a high-speed power dialer you will be the primary engine of our sales funnel turning outbound leads into confirmed high-quality appointments for our sales leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Outreach: Execute a minimum of 275 outbound calls per day using our automated dialing system.
- Objection Handling: Confidently navigate pushback and pivot conversations to secure booked appointments.
- Conversion Targets: Maintain a 15% call-to-appointment conversion rate to stay on track with team goals.
- Data Integrity: Accurately track activities and update CRM records to ensure a seamless handoff to the closing team.

- Sales Grit: Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales telemarketing or debt collection. You are comfortable with the grind.

- KPI Obsessed: You are motivated by leaderboards. You enjoy the transparency of a role where your performance is measured in real-time.
- Resilience: You can handle a high volume of rejection and still bring maximum energy to every single dial.
- Technical Readiness: A stable high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps) a professional noise-canceling headset and a quiet dedicated home office.

- Experience with power dialers and CRM software.
- Ability to work strictly within US Pacific Standard Time (PST).
