Job Summary

This is a remote position.

About the Role

Help a growing financial planning practice keep a busy calendar full. Youll call prospective and existing clients to schedule appointments with our Financial Professional building trust and creating a great first impression. This is not a sales role; you wont be selling financial products just opening the door to a conversation.

Long-term growth path: candidates willing to obtain a Life Insurance License (within 90 days) can grow into licensed client support application assistance and eventually a Client Relationship Manager or full-time role.

What Youll Do

- Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm client appointments; follow up on leads referrals and reschedules

- Deliver excellent client service answer questions assist with onboarding track outstanding paperwork

- Maintain accurate records in the CRM; log calls appointments and follow-ups

- Support administrative work: calendars meeting prep client files events/workshops

- Once licensed: help clients complete applications gather documentation track underwriting status and coordinate policy delivery


Requirements
What Were Looking For

- 13 years in customer service appointment setting inside sales or client-facing admin work

- Comfortable and confident making outbound calls; CRM experience a plus

- Organized dependable self-directed coachable and genuinely enjoy talking to people

- High school diploma required (Associates/Bachelors preferred); active Life Insurance License a strong plus or willingness to obtain one

- Financial services/insurance/banking experience is a bonus not a requirement

Schedule & Logistics

- 1525 hrs/week primarily daytime; occasional evenings for client appointments or events

- Remote with occasional in-person meetings as needed

- Performance incentives available as productivity and licensing grow
