Tom Wood Subaru is seeking a skilled and motivated Alignment Technician to join our high-performing service team.

• Perform precision four-wheel alignments using the latest Hunter alignment equipment
• Inspect steering suspension and chassis components for wear or damage
• Diagnose alignment tire wear and suspension concerns
• Recommend repairs to restore proper vehicle handling performance and safety
• Replace and adjust steering and suspension components as needed
• Perform tire mounting balancing and rotations when required
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Experience performing four-wheel alignments in a dealership or automotive repair environment
• Proficiency using computerized alignment equipment (Hunter experience preferred)
• Knowledge of steering suspension and tire systems
• Ability to diagnose alignment and suspension-related issues accurately
• ASE certification is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Positive attitude strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
