TheAI Solutions Developerwill be part of Protivitis AI Studio. They will help turn AI concepts into practical solutions for clients by developing andshowcasingdemonstrations and prototypes that address real-world challenges. Working through experimentation and iterative prototyping they will contribute to reusable solution assets and support scalable future implementations.

Do Your Talents Include the Following
Experience with or understanding of:
Creating AI-enabled prototypes anddemonstrations continuouslybuildinganditerating onprototypes to create an extensive portfolio of AI application starters to real-world business problems.
Application development practices for building and iterating on AI-enabled solutions and prototypes.
Working with cloud platforms such as AWS Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud to support AI application development.
Programming languages and frameworks for AI development including JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
Developing backend services APIs and application logic to support AI-enabled solutions; familiarity with frontend application development is a plus.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop functional prototypes tovalidatefeasibility and applicability of AI technologies to practical use cases and challenges.
Fostering innovation byidentifyingnew AI technologies or methodologies that can enhance current processes or solve new challenges.
Engaging with stakeholders to understand their business needs translating these requirements into technical specifications for AI-enabled technology solutions.
Working closely with AI solution architectsengineersand data scientists to transition and scale AI-ML prototypes into operational solutions/models.
Awareness of Responsible AI principles and basic data privacy access and governance considerations when developing AI-enabled prototypes.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. (Computer Science or related field).
2 yearsworkingdesigning and deploying cloud-based technology solutions ideally incorporating AI-ML or advanced analytics capabilities.
Hands-on experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence technology experimentation and/or prototyping.
Familiarity with cloud-based AI technologies and platformsstronglypreferred.
Professional Certification such as AWS Certified AI Practitioner or Azure AI Engineer Associate are preferred.
Our Hybrid Workplace
Protiviti practices a hybrid model which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client project team and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$103000.00 - $155000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.
10%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
$113300.00 - $170500.00Employees are eligible for medical dental and vision coverages FSA and HSA healthcare accounts life and accident insurance adoption and fertility assistance paid parental leave up to 10 weeks and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation personal needs and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
