IAM Developer

We are seeking an experienced IAM Developer to design develop integrate and maintain Identity and Access Management solutions. The role will focus on identity lifecycle management authentication authorization provisioning SSO and automation.

• Design and develop IAM solutions using platforms such as SailPoint Okta Saviynt or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Develop identity provisioning de-provisioning access request and approval workflows.
• Integrate IAM platforms with Active Directory LDAP HR systems and enterprise applications.
• Implement SSO MFA RBAC ABAC and least-privilege access.
• Develop and consume REST APIs SOAP SCIM and web services.
• Automate IAM processes using PowerShell Python or Java.
• Troubleshoot authentication authorization provisioning and integration issues.
• Support access certifications entitlement management and identity governance.
• Perform unit testing integration testing deployment and production support.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow IAM security standards.

• 8 years of experience in IAM / Identity Management.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and identity lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint Okta Saviynt Entra ID or similar IAM platforms.
• Strong understanding of SSO MFA RBAC OAuth OIDC SAML LDAP and SCIM.
• Experience with REST APIs JSON and web services.
• Programming/scripting experience with Java Python or PowerShell.
• Experience with Active Directory and cloud identity platforms.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge.
• Experience with IAM automation integrations testing and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with AWS IAM Azure or GCP IAM.
• SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud experience.
• Experience with CyberArk or other PAM solutions.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
• IAM or cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP CISM or vendor certifications.
