Advanced Practice Practitioner (Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments including history taking and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and institutional regulations
• Educate patients and their families on health management preventive care and treatment options
• Document patient encounters accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research activities
• Stay current with medical advancements and maintain licensure and certification

Skills and Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant Studies (PA)
• Valid licensure and certification as an Advanced Practice Practitioner
• Proven experience in a clinical setting preferably in a specialty area
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards
