POSITION SUMMARY

The Provider is responsible for delivering expert personalized medical care while serving as a trusted partner in each patients health journey.

This role combines clinical expertise with patient education and individualized treatment planning ensuring patients feel informed confident and supported in achieving their health goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Care & Treatment Planning

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and physical exams
• Order and interpret labs to develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver treatments aligned with patient goals and medical best practices

Patient Education & Partnership

• Educate patients on treatment options protocols and expected outcomes
• Provide clear guidance on lifestyle wellness and long-term health optimization
• Ensure patients feel informed supported and confident in their care decisions

Patient Experience & Communication

• Deliver a high-touch personalized care experience
• Use clear direct and reassuring communication
• Build trust and long-term relationships with patients

Team Collaboration

This role requires flexibility adaptability and a team-first mindset. All team members are expected to support clinic operations and patient needs as they arise within the scope of their role and licensure.

• Partner with PRCs PEMs and clinical staff to ensure seamless care delivery
• Support a unified team-based approach to patient experience
• Contribute to a positive collaborative clinic environment

Team members are expected to step in and support clinic operations as needed to ensure patients are cared for promptly and professionally. This may include assisting with check-in rooming patients preparing rooms supporting clinical staff or helping maintain clinic flowwithin the scope of their training and licensure.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active NP license in state of practice
• Active DEA license
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
• EMR proficiency
• Passion for mens health wellness and patient-centered care
