In Flight Inc. is a nonprofit that provides support services within a home environment and the community for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).

Monday- Friday 8am-4pm.

Scope of Work Performed:This position provides administrative support to Facilities Department and reports directly to the Manager of Facilities.

JOB DUTIES

• Maintains the day to day clerical operations of the facilities department.
• Process new work orders and coordinates with Foreman to distribute with facilities workers.
• Tracks open and all completed work orders.
• Tracks and maintains mileage for all agency vehicles including all vehicle procedures.
• Assist with grants pertaining to vehicles.
• Works with vendors that service agency locations
• Scheduling appointments with vendors
• Assist in conducting internal audits.
• Filing
• Ordering Supplies and responsible for ensuring purchase requisitions are filled out and submitted to finance department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Previous office experience in carpentry plumbing and heating fields is helpful.
• Must have a strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Must have knowledge of MS word excel and outlook.
• Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

SKILLS

Language Skills: Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients customers and the general public.

Math: Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals; ability to compute rate ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest commissions proportions and percentages.

Reasoning: Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
