- Managing email communication (can be numerous at times)
- Collecting current and past due accounts
- Processing check cash and credit card payments into our database
- Creating and maintaining relationships with National Maintenance Companies and their payment processes
- Creating bank deposits
- Entering scheduling and confirming job services into our database
- Interacting with window cleaners on job details and on completing work orders and invoices properly
- Filing out all necessary paperwork
- Answering phones (< 10 calls/day; seeking 100% capture)
- Office maintenance (e.g. common area wastebaskets sweeping when needed)
- Very high attention to detail must be able to reliably notice and communicate elaborate details
- Competent and efficient must be able to multitask and to process the volume of work and communication
- Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through
- Friendly outgoing personality love helping people
- Excellent communication skills on the phone email and in person
- Demonstrate self-confidence and trustworthiness
- Ability to learn new software and systems
- Working knowledge of Word Excel and Outlook (may be tested)
- High School diploma/GED required
- Office-related experience is preferred
- Reliable transportation

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations office buildings and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work travel between jobs and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation proof of insurance and a valid drivers license to be considered for employment.
